Bryce is a native Oklahoman living and practicing in Grove, Oklahoma. He graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University where he received a Bachelor of Science in economics. He remained in Fort Worth, Texas, for several years after college where he enjoyed an exciting career writing, recording, teaching, and performing music. You might catch him playing guitar in his office when thinks no one is around.
Bryce returned to Oklahoma in 2008 to attend the University of Tulsa College of Law where he graduated with highest honors and served as Tulsa Law Review’s Editor-in-Chief. His published works include Tort Reform: A Conservative Paradox, The Advocate, Spring 2016, and One Nation? Reexamining Tribal Sovereign Immunity in the Modern Era of Self-Determination, 46 Tulsa Law Review 449 (2011).
Bryce opened his practice to focus on fighting for individuals having suffered devastating personal injuries and financial losses at the hands of dishonest people and powerful insurance companies, corporations, and governments. Bryce quickly built his reputation as a top-tier trial lawyer and has recovered millions of dollars of compensation for clients since Harp Law was founded in 2015. The Oklahoma Association of Justice (formerly, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association) named Bryce the 2019 Young Lawyer of the Year, but his proudest accomplishment is being a devoted father and husband.
